This Privacy Policy explains how BidBack collects, uses, and protects information when contractors use BidBack to manage estimates, follow-ups, templates, billing, reports, and integrations.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, company name, trade, phone number, timezone, login details, subscription status, and support messages.
We also store workspace information entered or imported by users, including customer names, customer emails, phone numbers, project types, estimate values, follow-up dates, templates, statuses, notes, and integration activity.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, send follow-up and lifecycle emails, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell workspace or customer data. We do not use contractor customer lists for unrelated marketing.
Service Providers
BidBack relies on trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, payments, and analytics or diagnostics. These providers process data only as needed to operate BidBack.
Customer Communications
Contractors are responsible for the customer information they import and the messages they send through BidBack. Follow-up replies route to the signed-in contractor account unless a workspace configures a different reply path.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including server-side secrets, authentication, and database access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should protect account credentials and report suspected issues quickly.
Data Access, Export, and Deletion
Users may export estimate data from the product. To request account deletion or help with data access, contact us at support@bid-back.com.
Children
BidBack is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as BidBack evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date at the top of this page.
